How to Make Marzipan:

  1. Mix all ingredients into a bowl until combined. 

    1. NOTE: if it feels too sticky, add a little bit of 1 tbsp almond flour and 1 tbsp powdered sugar at a time. 

  2. Roll the dough into a long cylinder, like you’re wrapping a tube of cookie dough. 

  3. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate. 

  4. Use this in homemade almond croissants or whatever else your heart desires!
