Learn how to make the easiest bagels with just 1 bowl and 5 ingredients!



There's nothing better than biting into a soft, pillowy bagel smeared with cream cheese. If you're a bagel lover, get ready to have your taste buds blown away. These protein-packed probiotic bagels taste just like your favorite chewy, pillowy classics - but with a nutritional upgrade!


In just 30 minutes, you can have a batch of mouthwatering bagels ready to be loaded up with all your favorite toppings. You can customize these puppies however your little bagel-loving heart desires - - go savory with lox and onions, sweet with peanut butter and bananas, or anything in between. You can even make a different flavor every day of the week!


Trust me, these bagels are irresistibly delicious. Even my most skeptical family members (you know who you are) are hooked after just one bite. The amazing taste and texture will have you wondering how it's possible to transform traditional bagels into such nutritious delights.


So do yourself a favor and whip up a batch this weekend. Once you sink your teeth into that warm, chewy goodness, you'll be so glad you did. Your belly and your body will thank you!


What You’ll Need:

Flour

Sea salt

Baking powder

Egg

Water




How to Prepare Your Greek Yogurt Bagels




Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 cup greek yogurt

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tsp water

Process:

Step 1: In a small bowl, mix together flour, sea salt, and baking powder.

Step 2: Add in greek yogurt and mix until a soft dough forms (you may have to knead it with your hands a little bit).

Step 3: Transfer the dough ball onto a lightly floured surface and roll out dough to 3/4 inch thickness.

Step 4: Divide dough into 3, then roll into balls.

Step 5: Make a hole in the middle to shape the bagel.

Step 6: Make an egg wash by mixing together water and egg. Brush over your bagels.

Step 7: Top with your favorite toppings (garlic, sesame seeds, everything bagel seasoning, cheese, etc!!)

BAKE: Bake your bagels at 375 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

AIR FRY (my preferred method because they turn out softer): Air fry at 280 for 15-17 minutes.

Step 9: Make sure your bagels are completely cooled before cutting and enjoy!

Sundried Tomato Basil Cream Cheese

2 tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped

1/4 cup sundried tomatoes


How to make:

Just mix together cream cheese, fresh basil and sundried tomatoes and smother onto your fresh bagels!!
